Headed up for a lazy four hour shorey swim yesterday arvo off Urupuk before the NE swell settles in later this week. Washing machine conditions out the front of the coast - yucky, will only get worse later this week. Vis a hazy hazy 5-7m. Beautiful sunny weather, large schools of parore and blue mao mao. Baitfish streaming around and small kingies. Big snapper on holiday. Tried LJ/Herby's fish burley method (a couple of moki on string). Brought in a 3-4kg snapper which I spooked.
